Apparently HildonAppView (and HildonApp) is deprecated, in favour of
HildonWindow (and HildonProgram). But not all of its functions are ifdefed or
otherwise marked as deprecated, and there is nothing about the deprecation in
the SECTION: documentation in its .c file.
