When adding a toolbar to HildonWindow, the toolbar items will be invisible
unless  gtk_widget_show_all() is called on the HildonWindow, even if
gtk_widget_show_all() has already been called on the toolbar. A
gtk_widget_show() should be enough.

Possibly there's some internal widget that should have gtk_widget_show() called
on it always, or at least when adding a toolbar.
