I'm not sure, but maybe hildon-fm.pc.in should mention all the stuff that is
checked for in configure.ac, so that "gcc test.c `pkg-config hildon-fm --libs
--cflags`" is enough to compile a hildon-fm test.  

Although the hildon-fm headers do not include libosso.h, you can't use hildon-fm
unless you include libosso.h, so you can call osso_initialize(), so you need the
cflags for it.
