mr0 packages depend on all l10n files, even those not in Maemo

In the case of osso-uri-l10n-mr0:
  osso-uri-l10n-mr0: Depends: osso-uri-l10n-dede but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-enus but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-eses but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-esmx but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-frfr but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-itit but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-frca but it is not installable
                     Depends: osso-uri-l10n-ptbr but it is not installable

This is currently blocking the build of anything in Sardine that relies on file
management UI
