gtkhtml (3.9.1-3osso5) has calls to gtk_print_* and pango_cairo_* and cairo, but
does not Build-Depend or check for any of those, leading to build errors such as:

gtkhtml should have
Build-Depends: libgtk2.0-dev (>= 2:2.10)

and
GTKHTML_MODULES=[...] gtk+-2.0 >= 2.10
