Neither of these devices has a Unicode font available by default; finding and installing such fonts is a 
highly cumbersome chore for the average person, and is not a standard item supported by Nokia; and few 
of Nokia's apps support Unicode properly; even the web browser does not support Unicode everywhere in 
its GUI.

For an international company, this is pretty awful.
