https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1901 Summary: GtkColorButton and GtkFontButton widgets start child dialogs under the current dialog Product: haf Version: unspecified Platform: All OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: Medium Component: gtk AssignedTo: tommi.komulainen at nokia.com ReportedBy: rajcic at sokrates.hr QAContact: hafqa at maemo.org SOFTWARE CHANGES: I am using scratchbox installation v3.2 on Ubuntu Feisty PRECONDITIONS: Nothing special STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 1. I am having two GtkColorButton and GtkFontButton widgets on my options dialog 2. Options dialog uses: gtk_window_set_keep_above(GTK_WINDOW (Options), TRUE); 3. when user clicks to one of those widgets, selection dialog that opens on the click, is opened correctly, but is being displayed underneath the options dialog !!!! EXPECTED OUTCOME: Picker dialogs should always be displayed on top of all other dialogs. The same GTK code works fine when compiled for Linux or Windows (2.10.11). Error is happening only when compiled for Maemo (ARMEL). ACTUAL OUTCOME: Font picker dialog (or color picker dialog) is displayed below options dialog (and can not be accessed), and the application must be killed manually (GUI "deadlock"). FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE: always -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
