The original reported problem with the browser was fixed in OS2007 if I recall
correctly.

I tested using OS2008 that both the green and blue Fn keys worked as expected
with the top row keys in Notes with a Stowaway, settings were: keyboard 105-key
PC, layout US English. For a complete Fn-map (for example € is on the '<' key
on my Stowaway) you would need to install a xkb symbol map specifically for
this keyboard.
