Thumbmenu does not seem to work in task-navigator. I have chased the problem :

hildon-1, hildon_helper_event_button_is_finger()
  --> gdk_event_get_axis() return FALSE always

In gdk_event_get_axis() event->button.axes seems to be NULL which causes
gdk_device_get_axis() to return FALSE.
