Currently the graphics (and gtkrc) are based on the assumption that the cursor
row is always selected. With 2.10, however, this is no longer the case as it is
(again) possible to move the cursor in treeview without affecting the selection
(Ctrl+arrow keys)

We need to update the graphics/gtkrc. It might be a good idea to go back to the
normal gtk way of painting focus - that is, drawing just a rectangle indicator
around the item.
