The column reordering feature is working fine; only the graphics are really
'distorted'. I did some quick research to try to find out where this distortion
is coming from. With plain gtk+ on the desktop there are no problems at all,
and there haven't been any related issues reported for a long time.

However:
 - On the device it looks really bad.
 - In my ARM scratchbox it looks mostly fine (though it's not 100% smooth).
 - In desktop GTK+ it looks perfect.

I also tried desktop GTK+ in valgrind, and then it looks really bad again.
Right now I suspect the "animation" is using a lot of CPU power, so the device
cannot really keep up. Since the ARM scratchbox is emulated, I am not surprised
to see a little 'distortion' there too.

(Maybe it is nice to get rid of the 'moving column header animation' here, and
only show a drop indicator arrow between columns at the right moment.)
