This is caused by the following (recently added) lines in the
/etc/osso-af-init/after-suw-process-restart.sh script:
sudo /etc/init.d/alarmd stop
sudo /etc/init.d/alarmd start

Although there are entries for alarmd in sudoers, alarmd itself is not present
on the system which causes sudo to prompt the user.
