Using the set_title method of a hildon Window widget should set the complete
title. Instead, the application executable name and a dash appear at the start
of the title, followed by the string passed to set_title. This is very
frustrating, since there is limited real-estate available in the title bar
anyway. 
This behaviour is observed using pygtk on the current N800 IT 2007 OS release.

Also, when an empty string is passed to set_title the title bar shows
'<unnamed>' rather than being empty.
