I am confused.  This bug report *has* been filed separately from my original pymaemo bug report.  I 
first reported this to pymaemo, and it was determined that this was GTK behavior on the N800, not 
pygtk, so I needed to refile here.  So I did.

There are two problems afoot here.  First, the pygtk documentation lists large nubmers of properties 
only available in gtk 2.10, but only for a subset of them does it state that they're available in 2.6.  Thus 
we only discover that a property is unavailable by running it and getting a runtime error message.  
Irritating.

But that's fine, it'not a gtk problem, it's a documentation problem.

However I have reason to believe that this is being caused by the N800 setting expander-size to 0, for 
three reasons:

1. pymaemo's got expander-size to 0; but this is a style declaration, not a code declaration, implying 
that Nokia's style has defined expander-size to 0 underneath.

2. In the following URL, expander-size is 0:   https://stage.maemo.org/svn/maemo/projects/haf/
trunk/hildon-theme-layout-4/rc/gtktreeview.rc

3.  The developer of maemopad+ has told me personally that he also had to modify Nokia's default 
style.  I believe his code is in C.

This leads me to conclude that Nokia has in incorrect expander-size, which causes the expanders to 
disappear.
