Style properties are, as the name implies, for the theme designers to maintain. And in case of a bitmap based theme such as ours, the pixel values must go hand in hand with the actual bitmaps. Changing the dimensions of one without the other is very likely to cause graphical glitches like this one. Just don't do it.
