Sounds like this bug is still essentially UNCONFIRMED?

gtk supports scroll-to-location with middle-click, we only have stylus. (Though
as far as implementation goes, we have this hacked around for seekbar and
volumebars already..)

For theming there we're already using minimum size constraint.
