You need to take the device to service point so that the reason
for this issue can be determined.  We haven't heard of this kind
of issue after the fix to the bug here was released.

That's possible too, but unlikely. The Linux flasher should be doing
verification about the flashing, I would assume the same about the Windows
flasher...
