The current OS has these at 3.20, but the bluez-utils is at 3.22, with no way
of synchronizing them (other than maybe rebuilding from the source and hacking
the number).  If the 3.20 tools will work with 3.22 b-u, the package is in
error as it says == instead of >=.  Several updates of many repositories fails
to find a 3.22 version.
