Ok, but the email client *is* open whenever this happens, right?

Since enprocess is from the osso-email-engine, I am changing this bug to the
Communication/Email Product/Component so that the right people might see it.

Information about how many and what kind of accounts you have configured might
be helpful to them. I have only one IMAP account configured with not too many
mails, and I have not seen enprocess max out my CPU (or ever noticed it running
when the email client was not).
