I think I found what the problem is. The "Search Interval" under WLAN
"Connectivity" setting was default to 10 minutes.  It basically wakes up every
10 minutes and try to connect to the Wireless WLAN.  I notice from my router
log, there were multiple entries from my N800 authetication every 10 minutes or
so.  I now changed it to "Never" and only manually enable it when I need to use
it and it seem to solve the problem.  Thank you for taking the time to
