I also see on my device what you are seeing - I get the same horizontal strokes
at the top of my vertical lines on the far right of my touchscreen but not at
the extreme top and bottom of the touchscreen, I only get the horizontal
strokes in the middle region (similar to you - your horizontal strokes appear
to be more pronounced in the middle section of the screen).

As far as this bug is concerned I wouldn't have thought the bogus horizontal
stroke would account for the events being sent to the main application window -
clicking far over to the right still results in the event going to the main
window, even though the fictitious horizontal stroke doesn't appear wide enough
to have caused this misinterpretation.

I also think this bug is specific to EAL/MicroB as the RSS Feed Reader doesn't
appear to suffer from it.
