STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
Tapping on a location results in a input event at that location, e.g., a finger
on the finger keyboard; a tap on a link in the Web browser

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The intended key is inputted; the link is opened by the browser

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
A completely different key (either adjacent or on the other side of the
keyboard) is selected; The Contacts menu on the left of the screen is opened;
various other missed-input situations


REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always/sometimes/once)
sometimes

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
Skype, OpenSSH, Devicescape

OTHER COMMENTS:
Have religiously screen calibrated with this happens with no change in this
random behavior
Digitizer had no such problems before the OS2008 upgrade
