I'm having a problem too with my N800 in OS2008. Sometimes, when tapping on the
touchscreen with the stylus doesn't tap where it should. For example, while
writing some text, after random time, when I press on a key, it opens the
application menu... or closes the program, or taps any other key. This can be
seen mostly when writing texts and playing mahjong (i solve them very quickly
so i press on the screen repeatedly, and i can say about 1/20 taps is somewhere
else).
This thing is annoying. I flashed back to OS2007, i have no problems. Flashed
again to OS2008 - problems, back to 2007 no problems. 

So the problem is from OS2008.
