STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
-Enable USB host mode
-Connect USB keyboard
-Verify that alt-tab keystroke functions properly
-Press num lock on keyboard to enable num lock
-Try alt-tab keystroke again

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The alt-tab keystroke should function regardless of num lock status.  

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The alt-tab keystroke only functions when num lock is disabled.

always
