Nope.
It doesn't respond to command-line options like "-h"; maybe a DBUS command ..

One thing I just noticed; in the UI it lists only my phone as a possible
connection. I enabled that, and I think it knocked me off WiFi to try the
phone.
Which seems a bit daft, if the cell ID lookup is disabled and it's just trying
to get to a webserver.
