then clearly it's webkit's responsibility to protect the os from hostile
content.

if i produced a deb which destroyed the system onto which it was installed, and
the standard browser launched application manager which asked you to confirm
this dangerous action, but webkit simply installed it, then webkit would be
considered broken.

for gecko, i'm trying to make sure we don't allow such dangerous content to be
introduced (and yes we're working on implementing downloadable fonts)
