On my N810, I've noticed only the following part of the problem: when I press a
key, the screen is undimmed and a dialog telling the user to unlock appears.

The touchscreen no longer accepts inputs. Also, the dialog telling the user to
unlock does not change position, and the menu is never revealed while the N810
is locked.
