test case in C

The problem does not exist as such in C. With this test case, the displayed
title is only "Sample title".

I do not know if the fix should be localised somewhere in python so there is a
way to have an application without name, or if hildon_window_update_title
should check if the name is "<unkown>" and decide this is not a proper name...
