          - others_menu_get_items(): changed menu item creation to be able free menu item data

          - handle_active_window_prop(): XFreeing realwin_value and value structure members corrected
        * improved memory handling in functions:
          - create_notify_handler()
          - handle_active_window_prop()
          - handle_killable_prop()
          - get_subname()
          - handle_autotopping()
          - top_view()
        * configure.ac: 1.63.0
