	* src/util.h, src/util.cc (annoy_user_with_errno): New.
	* src/log.cc (save_log, save_log_cont): Detect existing files and
	ask for permission to continue.  Use annoy_user_with_errno to
	produce appropriate error messages.  Put up information banner
