Reverted back one hack and replaced it with uri control from child location
in the HildonFileSystemSpecialLocation. This was about OBEX specific URIs
which got incorrectly escaped and had to be unescaped, in other words, change
from current generically implemented specific hack to generic solution and
specifically implemented specific hack.

Another change was replacing hildon-file-system-bt with hildon-file-system-obex
which was basically equivalent in my own working copy (some parallel
development, I have to admit that). Could also port my changes to Kimmos wc
but better to keep it clean (see next point).

Kimmo had done mistake which shows up in file chooser this way: when you list
obex device dir, it probes every paired device (for phones it asks whether you
want to exchange information with your 770). This can now be considered as
fixed.
