[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Make sidebar optional

Hello,

Would it be a good idea to not draw the sidebar when there is no data
to fill it? (See the applications page)

In style-init.php the sidebar div should only be drawn if there is
navi-sub data. I'm not sure how to do it in the template.

Maybe Henri can comment on that?
