Color-coding/theming per OS release is a good idea. So far the ITOSes
have had quite distinctive color schemes (blue/purple for ITOS2005,
orange for ITOS2006, black for ITOS2007).

I'd put it to a snippet that is included in <(code-init-after-midcom)>
element under the root page.
