[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Switching to the MidCOM filesync structure in SVN

Hi!

We've had some issues with keeping the various maemo (my development,
internal and maemo.org) servers and SVN sync with each other, as
especially with snippets it has been a manual process.

To improve things, I suggest we slightly rearrange things in SVN and
start using the new midcom.helper.filesync tool.
