this task will be postponed, since the API can only be generated using scratchbox :(
we need to setup the auto API build environment on e.g. sardine's build box and e.g. rsync the generated docs to the production server.

The build environment is half way done. The auto API builder tool can svn export repositories taken from an API list document. Next steps: 
generate the APIs automatically; add some flagging to svn commit hooks; update styles of Doxygen and GTKdoc config files.
