[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] new frontpage design for app catalog

Hi,

Check the new app catalog frontpage design [1] in the svn. This design
supports the features we want to implement in Phase 2 [2]:
    * Application ranking
    * Tag cloud
    * "Application of the month" based on user feedback or download figures

The ranking needs to be implemented on the application detail level,
so i will create a new design for that too.
