[maemo-community] Deployment of the new maemo.org logo

Hi,

While I'm not web designer, I made some proposals on how to create more
clarity on the Maemo.org homepage under
https://wiki.maemo.org/Task:Improving_maemo.org#Maemo.org_Homepage_refre
sh. The should be easy to be done. I can own that task in an sprint. I
can get help from Jussi to create the banner for "Learn more about
Maemo".
