Re: TALK on menu... Yeah, I accidentally brought this up before the
announcement was made... Because I thought it was important to the
design. But, thankfully, the design allows for another menu item on
the nav bar (top) pretty easily...

Re: Forum topics... I think this would be fine under NEWS (or even
integrated into NEWS as seamless items?). Or, we could create a block
right under the USERS section on the right sidebar.

I'd love to hear some others' ideas, though.
