[maemo-community] Tagging pages in new wiki for auto-linking to downloads.maemo.org

Hi,

When I go to https://maemo.org/downloads/product/PC/tablet-encode/ it
says something along the lines of "wiki pages tagged with the UNIX
name (tablet-encode) will be linked to above".

Exactly *how* do we do that tagging in the new mediawiki? For example,
I'd like to tag [[Video encoding]] as it seems to be a pertinent link.
Or is this text left over from the midgard wiki and the feature not
implemented for the new wiki?
