I would still like to see the formal discussion of the entries on the
list (as discussed on that page). As I have no graphical "design"
skills, I'm ineligible for most of the criteria of judges listed. But
I still think it's important for self-important, opinionated members
of the community (like me ;-)) to have input into the judges
decision.#

Then the judges can be *guided* by the community - and rational
arguments - without being bound by the results of a context-less poll.
