i think that it is entirely possible to ask for modifications..after
all if it was source code or css/html or something a change would be
justifiable so why not an image. Who gets to decide if modifications
should be made in the first place is another question however and for
this to occur there would have to be a pretty strong community
consensus that a change would add value to the original
