[maemo-community] Announcing results of logo contest

Instead of uploading you can link directly to
http://wiki.maemo.org/images/4/48/Maemo.org_logo_contest_glaoliver_1.png

This way the logo in the announcement will be updated as the original
logo is being updated, if the URL above doesn't change.

Anybody blogging about this (please do!) is encouraged to link to the
png above directly, otherwise your locally uploaded logos will be must
likely old in a matter of days.
