Hi, According to the conclusions in the last life&call sprint meeting, the next meetings will be held via IRC under the ''rules'' of the http://wiki.maemo.org/100Days#Community-led_action_plan_process This means that we have IRC review meeting on 2008/07/01 - timing undecided but what about 21h Finnish time. Let's agree on this so we can advertise the meeting. IRC will be probably slower, it would be good to do all the work that can be done in advance: - Comment on the status of all your tasks at https://garage.maemo.org/plugins/wiki/index.php?June2008Sprint&id=106&type=g - providing enough detail to get an idea. If something is clear we won't discuss it. - Update https://wiki.maemo.org/100Days/Sprint2 as much as you can moving uncomplete tasks and proposing the ones to be added to the new sprint, either from the backlog, the 100 Days or genuine new ones. It is good to be verbose if you think a proposal need explanation. - Review also your bugzilla component in product Website making sure the HIGH are up to date, the MEDIUM are exactly the ones you want to propose for the next sprint and all the rest are LOW. Comments about the current sprint, while we are still at it. I was really hoping to see more activity and more visibly. We really need to be accountable towards the community and make it easy for them to follow and get involved. Some habits from the past still persist, including lack of visible activity or reporting so there is no way to know if (in those cases, not all) the tasks are stuck or it's just a lack of progress reports. For instance, with Niels and Andre/Karsten there is this clear feeling of continuous communication and work in the public: a good example for all of us. -- Quim Gil marketing manager, open source Maemo Software @ Nokia
