[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Preparing the May sprint meeting

Hi, we will have the maemo.org May sprint meeting on Tuesday 13 from
***9-11h*** Helsinki time (I believe one hour later for France, Germany
and Netherlands). I will send privately conference call details to
Niels, Dave and Karsten (Andre plans to be in Helsinki that day).

Sorry for starting one hour earlier but there were no rooms available at
10-12h.

Since there is plenty of new stuff and the date is so far inside May, we
better complete the revision of the April sprint before, by email here
in the list.

If March looked like having missed many planned tasks and bugs and most
of them were moved to the next sprint, April doesn't look any better at
least today. I know you are busy and there are dependencies and some
really complex tasks, but as time pass we are getting again more pressure.

For instance, I really hoped to have a fresh MediaWiki installed before
Dave joined. In principle this is an easy task that doesn't take long.

About the May sprint, it will be necessarily short (little more than 2
weeks). Specially to the "community guys" Niels, Dave & Andre/Karsten:
you will need to come up with proposals for tasks for this sprint.
Things that you consider urgent and you think can be handled during the
sprint. If you don't know (which is normal for those that just landed)
then ask the maemo community.

Never forget that you work for them. In these sprint meeting I act as
customer but in fact the customer is the maemo community. I'd say the
first mission is to make sure that they know about this maemo.org
development process, where they can be really involved.
