[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] Privacy settings for maemo.org

Hi,

I have implemented the privacy settings as described in bug 2252 [1]. This
is for planet.maemo.org only at the moment. (You can see it in action now)
To be consistent, I need to add it to all comments and news items too.

There are a few things I would like your opinion on.

Default account setting for maemo accounts is to NOT show first and last
name. So only the username is shown. This can make the site feel a bit
less 'personal', but it does respect the settings.

Do you think I should implement it everywhere?

We can force all accounts to first and last name public once, but that
seems a bit evil to me. Although it is basically the same situation we
have now. What do you think?
