[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] proposal for @maemo.org email usage

I guess it all boils down to how maemo.org is going to be governed. Up
until now it was pretty obvious. Nokia ran the project, but I sense that
they are willing to move it more in the communities hands.

Is it going to be a real community project, where some sort of board or
foundation runs it?
