[maemo-community] [maemo2midgard] proposal for @maemo.org email usage

Alright.

One element missing in the discussion is that maemo is a trademark for
Nokia, at the end is a Nokia brand. For the community this might not
mean much (and this is good!) but for Nokia means that they care about
who says and do what with a maemo.org address. What about committing
polemic code somewhere, what about misbehaving so badly, what about
someone trying to suggest some kind of relationship with Nokia since
"maemo" is seen as so many simple "a Nokia platform" like Series40.

Let's keep it conservative by now and let's have maemo.org adresses for
those of you having a signed commercial relationship with Nokia and
having a clear maemo.org role within the community.

Yes, this is boiling up and down but don't expect any big conclusion any
time soon. Also don't expect any conclusion not being worked out with
the community itself. So it will take time and I feel like this
maemo.org addresses thing can get a fast and quick fix now.

Besides, afair nobody has been request those addresses until now and we
get *plenty* of requests, so I guess we have more urgent problems to solve.
