A couple of thoughts:

- Why all the proposals are so dark? Perhaps it's because you are based
in shiny places like Brazil or southern US and you do appreciate a
shadow. I like a dark/black header since the logo just play much better
on a dark background, but for the rest... Think also what Niels says: a
dark homepage might be stylish (I find them so 90s, but this is just me)
but a whole dark website where a whole community of people is spending
zillion hours... might end up undermining your moral. Collateral
question to think about: Why most mainstream / social websites have no
shame having white or other bright color background?

- No hardware hardcoded in the template, please. The ITt lessons should
be enough (owners of non-flagship devices alienated, design outdated
when a new devices is launched) and we could find out more (e.g. request
for copyright & early pics to Nokia to be ready on time).
