If we need to decide about dark/bright colors, why not give the user the choice?

Would it be too much work to provide two or even three difference layouts with
the choice being made by the actual user when visiting the site (Either at the
very beginning when entering or via a drop down menu [preferred]).
The choice could be then stored in a cookie.

What do you think?
