[maemo-community] replacing maemo.org:80 with www.maemo.org:80 and planet.maemo.org:80 so that site: searches work

I can't do any useful site: searching with google because planet
content is hosted on the root domain, and even if planet wasn't on
that domain, it doesn't help because i can't exclude other domains.

what sort of consensus or decision making would be needed to make such changes?

this came up because i was trying to find out if mxr is linked to from
maemo.org.

in firefox (minefield) i entered "mxr site:maemo.org" into the search
field and got:

Basically, there are bugs that mention MXR and some planet bits, and
MXR mentions itself, but there's no way for me to find out that the
developer page links to MXR.
